Before you start

Understand these compounds are for research and educational use.
Read the compound page for what you are researching, mechanism, dosing, and storage.
Be clear on your goal and a realistic timeline for results.

Gather your supplies

Your peptide vial (lyophilized powder).
Bacteriostatic water (sterile water for NAD+).
U-100 insulin syringes.
Alcohol swabs.
A sharps container for safe disposal.

Reconstitute the vial

Work out your exact draw with the Reconstitution Calculator.
Swab the rubber stopper of both vials.
Add BAC water slowly down the inside wall of the vial, not directly onto the powder.
Swirl gently until fully dissolved. Do not shake.
Confirm the solution is clear before using it.

Your first dose

Start at the lowest dose in week one to assess tolerance.
Draw the correct number of units on the syringe.
Pick an injection site and swab it.
Inject subcutaneously, and rotate sites for next time.
Log the dose, date, site, and how you feel.

Storage & ongoing

Store the reconstituted vial in the fridge at 2-8 °C (do not freeze).
Use within the reconstituted window, often 28 days (7 for NAD+).
Keep a running log every dose so changes are attributable.
Discard if the solution turns cloudy or discolored.
